This page explains how to delete your Oro account and the data associated with it. Account deletion is available directly in the Oro app and applies to accounts created with Oro by Oro Digital Inc.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Oro app and log in to your account.
- On the home page, tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap the Edit your details button.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once confirmed, you will be logged out and your account will be scheduled for deletion.
What happens to your data
- Your account information, style preferences, wardrobe data, and uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days of your request.
- We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, transaction or legal compliance records) for as long as the law requires.
- If you are subscribed to our mailing list, your email remains on the list until you unsubscribe — you can do so using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Can't access the app?
If you no longer have access to the app or your account, you can request deletion by emailing admin@buildingoro.ca from the email address associated with your Oro account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
